Here is a brief description of what we do NOT write. This has been compiled from the risks that we have recently declined and is not necessarily a complete list.
 
1. We do NOT write Commercial General Liability for risks other then certain types of Restoration & Mold Contractors, Environmental Contractors, Environmental Consultants/Laboratories or Waste Facilities. We can write Contractors Pollution Liability for most types of non-environmental and environmental contractors.
2. We do NOT write Automobile Liability, MCS-90 or Physical Damage - Motor Vehicle Pollution Only.
3. We do NOT write Property.
4. We do NOT write Inland Marine.
5. We do NOT write Crime Coverage.
6. We do NOT write Workers Compensation.
7. We do NOT write unsupported "Umbrella"/Excess or "Umbrella"/Excess unless the primary CGL is also written in our in-house program.
8. We do NOT write any risk that is NOT accompanied by a complete and acceptable submission.
9. We do NOT write any risk that is NOT submitted to us by an insurance agent/broker.
10. We do NOT write unqualified risks or risks with poor loss experience.
11. We do NOT write Professional Liability of a medical nature.
12. We do NOT write risks located outside the USA.
13. We do NOT write any coverage for Pest Control firms.
14. We do NOT write any coverage for Home Inspectors.
15. We do NOT write any coverage for Fuel Oil Dealers.
16. We do NOT write Artificial Stucco, EIFS or exterior insulation and finish systems contractors.
17. We do NOT write CGL for artisan or general contractors. We can consider Contractors Pollution Liability, but only with a complete submission.
18. We do NOT write any coverage for oil/gas contractors or consultants.
19. We do NOT write any coverage for geotechnical engineers or consultants.
